Crystal Springs Movers provides residential, commercial, long-distance, and local moving services, as well as packing and storage solutions. The details of each service will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the Client before work begins.

3. Service Agreement

All Clients must sign a service agreement prior to the commencement of any services. The agreement will include:

• Description of services
• Estimated costs
• Payment terms
• Liability limitations

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Client who fails to sign the service agreement or violates these Terms and Conditions.

4. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates: Crystal Springs Movers provides estimates based on the information provided by the Client. These estimates are not binding and may change if additional services are required.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Final Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in the service agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services, subject to the following conditions:

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.
• Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding the nature and scope of the move.
• Ensure that all items are packed and ready for transport unless packing services are included.
• Secure parking permits or access permissions for moving trucks if necessary.
• Ensure that all items being transported comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Prohibited Items

Crystal Springs Movers does not transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable liquids, and chemicals)
• Perishable food items
• Illegal substances
• High-value items without prior notification (e.g., jewelry, collectibles)

8. Liability and Insurance

• Standard Liability: The Company provides limited liability coverage for lost or damaged items during the move. This coverage is included in the cost of the service.
• Additional Coverage: Clients may purchase additional insurance for items of high value.
• Exclusions: The Company is not responsible for:
  • Damage to items improperly packed by the Client.
  • Items not listed in the service agreement.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Storage Services

• Items stored in our facilities are subject to a separate storage agreement.
• The Client agrees to pay monthly storage fees as outlined in the agreement.
• Failure to pay storage fees may result in the disposal of stored items after a 30-day notice.

10. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, accidents, or governmental restrictions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will first be addressed through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in [Location], governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
